Aims and Scope

International Journal of Food Quality and Safety (IJFQS) is online journal published annually in English. The journal would like to publish new results and novel methods, techniques, and procedures for developing process and product, quality control, quality assurance and food safety. It will cover the outcomes of food quality analysis and safety (physico-chemical, biochemical, nutritional and microbiological) and related engineering principles. The scope of publications will also cover other aspects such as legal requirements, regulations and food security. The proposed journal shall provide a platform for rapid dissemination of significant research finding and new knowledge in the reach of scientific and industrial communities. IJFQS maintains a very rapid peer review process from submission to final publication of article.
