Aims and Scope

The objective of Trends in Post Harvest Technology (TPHT) is to present reviews on current trends in post harvest technology of biomaterials. Comprehensive reviews include issues of Post Harvest Technology of cereals, pulses, oilseeds, nuts, fruits, vegetables, medicinal plants, forest, animal and marine products. The suitability of papers for publication in the journal is judged by the peer review. TPHT provides a platform for rapid dissemination of significant research finding and new knowledge in the reach of scientific and industrial communities. TPHT is online journal published quarterly (January-March, April-June, July-September and October-December) in English.
