Aims and Scope

Journal of Food, Nutrition and Packaging (JFNP) is online journal published in English. The suitability of papers for publication in the journal is judged by the peer review. This Journal would like to publish high quality original research and review articles in all branches of food science, nutrition and packaging. New results and novel methods, techniques, and procedures for developing process and product, quality control, quality assurance and food safety. It will cover the outcomes of food quality analysis and safety (physico-chemical, biochemical, nutritional and microbiological) and related engineering principles. The scope of publications will also cover other aspects such as legal requirements, regulations and food security. It also cover the fundamental, applied and technological aspects of bio-resource and food engineering. JFNP provides a platform for rapid dissemination of significant research finding and new knowledge in the reach of scientific and industrial communities. JFNP maintains a very rapid peer review process from submission to final online publication.
